Love your toonage (as always). However, i think you got the placement backwards. Your toon shoulda been up front where the pot o’ gold is. It gets lost in the background in this design. Just my 2 cents worth.

I did the same about a year ago. I was at a hotel in Ames ,and on the desk was a copy of ‘Toons’ I paged through it and was very impressed. I called Rick and he published a few of my strips. Nice site ya got here Phil and good luck with ‘Best in Show’

Great Sketches and info your sending out. I didn’t know how active you were in ASheville so it looks to me that your move has been inspirational for you. I sent the sketches to Phil Hawkins. LOVE the concept and execution! Only ‘small’ suggestion is more pop to the sky color so it stands apart from the light shade of the sand. Killer, bud! Congrats!
